How the indicators are calculated

Clear measures. Meaningful context.

Understand program participation, service delivery, and engagement without treating activity as a health outcome.

Participation

Enrollment counts reflect eligible program members. Participation rate divides enrolled employees by the configured eligible population. Screening completion uses enrolled participants as its denominator.

Coaching activity

Completed sessions count approved records in the selected period. Scheduled sessions, virtual/in-person activity, and participating coaches are tracked as separate service indicators.

Engagement

The example engagement rate divides participants with a recorded program interaction by active enrolled participants. Response rates use responses to eligible follow-ups; activity totals count recorded actions.

Program progress

Approved aggregate goal and action indicators describe reported coaching-plan progress. Small groups are suppressed. Email-app launches do not confirm delivery, and message volume does not establish improved health.

Keep the relationship moving
